1. Grant
On purchase (or while your plan includes the Template Store), you receive a worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual licence to use, copy and modify the purchased templates ("Templates") for:
- your own internal projects and your organization's infrastructure; and
- client projects you deliver, provided the Templates are embedded in the delivered work (not distributed as a stand-alone template product).
Team size covered:.
2. Restrictions
You may not: resell, sublicense, publish or redistribute the Templates (modified or not) as templates, starter kits, courses or marketplaces; remove licence notices; or claim authorship of the original Templates.
3. Third-party components and originality
Templates are original works of the licensor. They may reference third-party tools (Terraform providers, GitHub Actions, Kubernetes, container images) that are licensed by their owners under their own terms (e.g. MPL-2.0, Apache-2.0, MIT); those terms apply to those components and nothing here grants rights in them. A third-party notices file (Third_party_notices: pending) lists referenced components and versions. Names such as Terraform, GitHub, Azure and Kubernetes are trademarks of their owners and are used only to describe compatibility; no affiliation or endorsement is implied.
4. No warranty — operational responsibility
Templates are starting points, not production-ready reference architectures. You are responsible for reviewing security, cost and compliance before use. To the extent permitted by law, Templates are provided "as is" and the licensor is not liable for damages arising from their use, including cloud charges or security incidents.
5. Updates
Updates released within 12 months of purchase are included.
6. Refunds
See the Refund Policy (including the statutory rules on downloaded digital content). Refunded purchases terminate the licence; you must delete the Templates.
7. Termination
The licence terminates automatically on breach of §2; delete all copies on termination.
8. Governing law
As in the Terms of Service.
