1. Grant

A personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for one individual to access and use the purchased kit (questions, explanations, study materials) for personal learning. Organization/team licences:.

2. Restrictions

No sharing of account access or downloaded files; no redistribution, resale, publication, or use to build competing question banks or training datasets (including AI training); no use in commercial training courses without a separate licence.

3. No affiliation or guarantee

Not affiliated with or endorsed by Microsoft, AWS, Google, CNCF, the Linux Foundation, HashiCorp or any certification body. Trademarks belong to their owners and are used only to describe the subject matter. All questions and explanations are original works of the licensor written from public documentation; they do not reproduce, paraphrase or derive from actual or leaked exam questions ("braindumps"), which would breach certification candidate agreements. No guarantee of passing any exam or obtaining employment. The kits are self-study learning materials, not an official course, certification, or exam-preparation service authorised by any vendor.

4. Accuracy

Content is reviewed in good faith but may contain errors or become outdated; report issues to the in-app support form (/app/support).

5. Refunds and termination

See the Refund Policy. The licence terminates on refund or breach; delete downloaded copies.
